We’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible number of people who have already signed up to receive leaflets and help us spread the word. Thanks to your amazing support and willingness to create change and use your voice, we’ve now hit our target: 850,000 leaflets will be delivered by wildlife lovers across the country. (They’ll be sent out in the next few weeks by the way :) )

But this is just the beginning.

Protect the Wild is on a mission to end hunting with hounds once and for all. Now, we’re gearing up for the next stage, and we need you to be a part of it.

We’re launching in-person days of action to make an even greater impact on the ground. These are powerful days where we’ll come together in cities across the UK to bring our message directly to peoples front doors.

To make this work, we need just 30 volunteers per city to join us on the streets in this once- in a generation opportunity to make change.

Starting this September, we’re hitting 10 major cities across England and Wales to spread the message to end hunting. We’ll be posting 150,000 leaflets in people’s letterboxes, appealing directly to the public and raising awareness about this brutal practice and what goes on behind the hunting industry’s smokescreen.

• York – 2nd November 2025 - 1pm

• Norwich – 9th November 2025 - 9:30am - 1:30pm

• Cambridge- 9th November 2025 - 3:30pm - 7pm

• Exeter – 16th November 2025 - 1pm

What’s the goal?
The purpose of these days of action is clear: we want to build a movement of people who care about British wildlife and want to see hunting end, we want people ready with the facts to respond when the hunting consultation comes. By posting leaflets in letterboxes and appealing to the public, we will raise awareness and mobilise support for British wildlife. We want to reach 1 million homes and we will, but only if we can get 30 volunteers to help per city.

We’ve already got over 1,000 people signed up to drop off the other 850,000 leaflets! Now we need 300 of you to drop off the remaining 150,000!

Every leaflet we deliver has the power to make change, inspire people to join the movement, and build momentum towards a proper ban on hunting.

What do we need?
We’re asking for just a few hours of your time to join us in one of the 10 cities, whichever is closest to you! Whether you're experienced in activism or new to it, this is a peaceful, non-confrontational way to make your voice heard and show that you stand for wildlife.

We can’t do this without you.
Right now, our countryside is still being terrorised by hunting, foxes are being torn apart, hares are terrified, stags collapse from the pursuit, and hounds are discarded when they’re no longer of use. But we can put an end to this. Together, we can make sure these animals are safe and free, not killed for someone’s twisted idea of sport.

We call ourselves a nation of animal lovers, it’s time to live up to who we truly are. It’s time to act. It’s time for a proper ban on hunting.
