And, assuming the police decide to charge the hunt, and even less likely the CPS agree to prosecute, and even more unlikely they are found guilty, what would the sentence be? A fine and possibly confiscation of the hounds?

When really what should happen, is for a violent attack on several members of the hunt, by person or persons unknown.

Just saying, ....

Yes you are right. Just saying. Time the new law on fox hunting including other wild life was put through so what's holding this lethargic Government back, their friends in through police, the Mason or the Entitled tribes!
