I HAVE VOTED FOR THE GREEN PARTY FOR A LONG WHILE NOW, UNFORTUNALTELY, EVEN THOU I WAS RAISED IN A STAUNCH LABOUR HOUSEHOLD, I DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES AS THEY ALWAYS BREAK THEIR MANIFESTOS. I VOTE GREEN FOR A CHANCE TO PUT MEASURES IN PLACE TO FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE, WHICH BENEFITS ALL LIVING CREATURES AND THEIR ECO SYSTEMS.
I listened to your podcast and found it to be very informative. Please don’t give up Rob we need you to support us and the wildlife needs you too; you have managed a great deal in the 10 years you have been going, just look at the amount of people who support and follow you and who you have met and work with now in comparison to 10 years ago.
Yes, Dave I agree with you, I too am so disappointed that the Labour government are going back on their promise to stop hunting. I am sure many of us noticed it was not mentioned in the King’s Speech, that is probably because the King, when he was Prince of Wales, asked Blair to sabotage the current Anti Hunting Bill going through Parliament at the time to make it worthless because he and his sycophantic social climbers find pleasure in terrifying and killing; the monarchy and the guilty land owners are pretty ghastly in many ways. However, politians are all we’ve got so we have to work with them, the alternative is far, far worse, we just have to keep battling on and making sure that we let the turncoats know just what we think of them and unless they change their ways we will not be voting for them again.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE SEE THE VOTING AGE LOWERED SO THAT YOUTH OF TODAY ONLY KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED GOING BACK A FEW YEARS, WHEREAS THOSE AT AN AGE WHERE WE HAVE SEEN A GREAT DEAL MORE OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED OVER THE YEARS, ONLY SEE IT BEING REPEATED. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DIFFERENT KIND OF VOTING SYSTEM WHERE ALL VOTES ARE PUT TOGETHER AND MP;S ARE SELECTED BY THE VOTES, WHICH IS THE SAME AS THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT.
