This is typical of what now happens in this increasingly damaged and sad country England is fast becoming.Appoint commitees and grey haired men is suits. Form endless commitees .Employ so called well paid 'experts'-who years down the line may or may not admit to mistakes made.Meanwhile an iconic, innocent and protected animal is slaughtered on an industrial scale needlessly.Truly Sickening!!

I despair at this Country's so called Academics who have caused the death of thousands of these beautiful animals. But now we need to known how the Cows catch this disease. Is it bad farming and care for their health,as from some videos I watched taken by undercover animal lovers these animals in most farms are treated cruelly by the Cowmen, being kicked hit and falling in filthy sheds, dragged by their tails and the distress they suffer when their day old bull calves are wrenched from them could cause the disease.
