Thank you for keeping your eye on the ball and sharing this extremely concerning news about this underhand and disturbing move by the UK Government. It is clear now that the Labour Party/ the UK Government misled the public using manifesto promises that they have not fulfilled and they have actually gone back on.

Unfortunately, my MP regurgitates what comes down to him from above and rarely, if ever, attends debates about nature, environment, or animal welfare. Let’s hope enough MP’s pluck up the courage to do the right thing, stand up and defend our democratic right to peaceful protest, progress investment in non- animal testing and hold the moral ground against vivisection.

"This is bigger than a campaign against animal testing", you already had me at campaign against animal "testing" Rob. I am very glad to see that many MP's are against this as well. I sincerely hope that my MP was there opposing this too, considering that he has said he is a supporter of Animal Free Research UK's "Herbie's Law" and how many emails he has received from me about this. Other notable charities fighting against barbaric animal "experiments" as well are Animal Free Research UK (formerly known as the Dr. Hadwen Trust I believe), Replacing Animal "Research" (formerly known as FRAME (Fund for the replacement of animals in "medical research")) and Animal Aid. Seriously, why is it seemingly so hard for the government to just properly set real binding targets and keep to them without backtracking on it in some way?!! We have the alternatives, the means and the funding to implement life saving initiatives like Herbie's Law (to end ALL animal "experiments" by 2035), what is missing is the political will to do it and stick by it to the end!!
