This is the most inspiring story I have read for ages - well done everyone - it shows what a community can achieve with imagination, hard work and loving hearts.

I'm so happy for all of the residents and, especially, the lucky Badger residents! What a wonderful thing to achieve.

Next to my flat we had a very over grown area after the demolition of the local pub. Happily, it had naturally become a wild life sanctuary. I would regularly be honoured with a Fox encounter (my, all time, favourite creature).

Late 2023, with no discussion or notification, the bulldozers moved in. They rapidly cleared the land, driving everything out!!

To cut a long story short I now have 39 new residences next door and I don't know where all the beautiful animals have gone 😢

With everything that I can afford to buy I'm now trying to encourage my Animal inhabitants back. Fingers, tightly, crossed.

That is great for the "BADGERS" and great for the "COMMUNITY", all our "WILDLIFE" is under "THREAT" from the "BLOODSPORTS" brigade and the "RIDICULOUS" "BADGER SLAYING/MURDER" "NUTTERS", I am sure some members of the "HUMAN RACE" have their brains up their "ARSE", yes that "HUMAN SPECIES" that are a "DISGRACE" to our "PLANET EARTH", "GIVE ME STRENGTH".
