I totally agree I'd rather there be so-called shocks to the system it should be called a halt to immediately I have been emailing my then would be MP Samantha Dixon(labour) and now she is my MP I have emailed her again and I will keep doing so for my part I'm all do as much as I can I can lobby these people but it needs many of us to do this I would urge other people to find out who their new MP is and express their concern as well it's the only way we'll get anything done. it's so sad to think of all these poor innocent creatures being slaughtered for nothing it's going to take the badger population decades to get over this humanly induced slaughter

Thinking politically, there are 2 scenarios. 1) getting the hunting ban and ending the cull could be ticked off their promise list very early as all the evidence and recommendations already exist, so not a lot of work to do. We would like that! However, 2) to address these animal issues before the huge electoral vote issues of NHS, economy etc etc would cause a huge backlash against the party that has only just been elected. I totally agree that we must keep up the pressure though, they must not be allowed to get complacent about our votes! It must happen asap!

Yes they do indeed but I do say again even if all of us in this community email our MPs Then they know there is concern amongst the public

Sent an email about wildlife (covering the barbaric badger "cull", abhorrent hunting and cruel snares) to my MP, asking when the Labour party is planning on properly ending the badger "cull", banning "trail hunting" and closing all the loopholes and banning snare use in England. Thank you for the suggestion Rogerindsell!

When governments promise to do something 'in the first term', can that mean 4 years 11 months?

I wish those 3 lawsuits/legal actions the best of luck!! If there is anything I can do to help then please let us know. A thought here, has anyone actually thought about doing physical protests where the murdering of badgers is taking place, if it is known (such as holding a tree sit in, blocking the killers from entering the forest, trying to scare the badgers away beforehand etc)? A bit like instead of sabbing a hunt going on and trying to save the beautiful foxes, sabbing the Deathra government official killers and trying to save the beautiful badgers? I know anyone trying to do this would probably get arrested but if anyone can/would be willing to do it, it could maybe help both quicken labour's actions on this and save at least a few badgers? Just a thought.

I, for the life of me, wonder how the "HUMAN SPECIES", can "KILL/MURDER DECIMATE ANNIHILATE" the "NATURAL SPECIES" namely our "BADGERS", for "GOODNESS SAKE" the "HUMAN SPECIES" are the "WORST SPECIES" on PLANET EARTH", leave our wildlife alone, to "BEHAVE AS NATURE INTENDED", not to kill "WILDLIFE" in any form, or excuse, lets get writing to MPs etc about this "DISGUSTING" "IMMORAL" "ABUSE" of our "WILDLIFE", WILDLIFE LOVER.
