I have messaged the hunt to inform them of my disgust for their intended flouting of the law by parading in Lewes on Boxing Day. I doubt it will make any diference but wanted to voice my opinion on this.

I very much hope we are seeing the beginning of the end for hunts.

These are cruel and sick individuals, who have no regard for any living creature, and that includes their dogs and horses.

I hope Karma comes knocking very soon.

No regard for life, the law, only murder. They are sick and very nasty. But you will get back a few surprises. Like the one old boy who says.... what did I do to deserve this??? Bezem....

They are so arrogant. Hunting wild animals should confined to the history books.

The arrogance of these morons is astonishing!

ANYONE MISSED THIS? PLEASE SIGN! Thanks. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/651314 Remove pack of hounds exemption from s1 of Dogs (Protection of Livestock) Act

Under Section 1, subsection 2A(b) of the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) Act 1953 the offence of worrying livestock does not apply where a pack of hounds is at large (not on a lead or otherwise under close control) in a field or enclosure with sheep. We believe this exemption should be removed.

For once I would love to see our Police Force behave like a police force and uphold the law . Perhaps this could be a Christmas miracle ?

Rosemary's avatar

Designed to be provoking and obstructive, and with the presence of their hired helps on the road, likely to deliberately cause any problems they can. Police need to be bombarded with complaints, including from the council. Hopefully they will at least be doing their 'image' serious harm to those who have not recognised it before! Arrogant in the extreme, when will they read the writing on the wall!

The savagry of the 'upper class' astounds me. That wildlife crime is still continuing, proves the quicker we have a change of government the better.

Most of the tory donors and members of the House of Lords are landowners who think every other species is beneath them and here for their so called enjoyment. They also believe they are above the law and unfortunately in cases like this they are. The police force is a public funded body and as a tax payer I expect it to do its job.

Needless to say all the hunt masters will be at their local village church on Christmas day. Did God not create all the creatures of the earth. Are these huntsmen saying God's plan was flawed and they are needed to rip his creation to pieces on Boxing day in the name of wildlife control.

Thank you Margaret for your petition. I have signed and shared. Uplifting to know there are good people who believe all living things are sentient beings.

I wish I knew someone from the press who could report on this story. Theres a great headline in there to do with Hunt spoiling food bank collection for struggling local families. Anyone on here got a contact?

Google 'Lewes News', bound to be some references there. Good Luck'

I bet they go to a Christmas church service, even though blood lust and greed is their religion. Hope they all break their damn necks and get their just rewards in Hell, where they all belong.

Does anyone know how it all went on Boxing Day?

Bez Holt's avatar

I was just wondering that myself.

My apologies. Thank you Rosemary.
