I feel at this stage it’s as important for your good work to publicise the corruption within the police as for it to campaign on behalf of wildlife. Public opinion matters and if we can sway it more towards our cause by publicizing corruption such as this - as women have done after the Sara Everard outrage - the more it will benefit our cause. Democracy must prevail against the autocratic organisation and practices of the Establishment.
