What will it take to rip the determined blindfold off this government! Only yesterday we were kindly informed on substack by Elspeth that Scotland has been clear of TB since 2009, and she gave us the link to prove how Scotland stays clear. I have read it, I hope others will too! https://www.scottishbadgers.org.uk/infographics/10-cattle-5/ It's the blood thirsty, gun happy lobby in this country that wants to keep culling, which clearly doesn't touch the problem with cattle at all!

If the NFU intend to keep on shooting badgers regardless they’ll be killing badgers which have been vaccinated won’t they? And are they finally to be required to have every badger killed tested for bTB finally? The whole scenario is farcical.

So is this Labour government. Brian Rix could have crafted a farce based on their shenanigans showing lies, hypocrisy, broken promises, freebies, incompetence & dropped trousers. Trouble is, it would be hard to laugh because stupidity on this scale causes unnecessary suffering to innocent creatures.

So much tax payers money associated with this awful practice, its almost like it's being continued for the sake of continuing fleecing the public purse. Signed.

what an absolute load of crap and waste of money. Why are badgers being vaccinated against BOVINE Tb ... surely a cattle vaccine would be better.? How can you innoculate a species that is nocturnal and lives underground with any effectiveness. How will it be checked ... badgers don't have pockets so can't carry their vaccination certificates.

I have written to the Environment agency with my views about how ridiculous it is to vaccinate Badgers and why not make it easier and vaccinate the cattle...no brainer surely

This is beyond a joke. It’s like putting the Countryside Alliance in charge of a study into fox hunting. Everybody with a brain knows what the results of this pro-cull group study will be. Yet again Labour failing the wildlife of this country.
