Fantastic news!! But reading it one can see that the Police are complicit in the killing of innocent animals when paperwork is "list" and some given in late! As for the evil man who drive and knocked down some SABS, that was attempted murder but not prosecuted by the Police. It beggers belief when they stop us for tiny infringements of the Law!
