Thanks for the link! They're saying it's a way of life for rural communities. What so if fox hunting gets banned they'll have to go out and kill some other animals or maybe people to preserve their way of life.
They could always do genuine 'drag hunting' chasing a volunteer human athlete who only risks being licked to death if bloodhounds catch them! Apparently it is 'quite scary' according to some athletes who have done it so might be a good plan to put huntsman out in front of hounds for them to experience it! Alternatively, a way to train the SAS, reduce obesity, or perhaps find again al the early release prisoners! Plenty of scope there!
