Isn't it time to take away farmers, games keepers & estates firearms away & to regulate any form of toxic substance that could be used to lace bait. These people should be fully investigated, their homelives, wife's & children as they clearly not right in the head.

Maybe for every bird of prey killed they should suspend their shooting licenses for 3 months (at least).
