Please don't let this happen! Licencing in this country would be given to (Un)Natural England who hand out licences even to shoot song birds! (See Jason Endfield's blogs on 'Natural England/Scots). He has continuously called them out about licensing. Natural England protect those who release the non-indigenous birds for shoots! These killers won't stop for anything!
The hunting and shooting industries are, in the main, there for the enjoyment of the privileged classes and Royals too. They are born with a life time of privilege and wealth ahead of them. They are taught wealth is theirs and they are entitled to keep it no matter what. They learn money pays their way through life and with the best lawyers money can buy, they can evade the law too. They evade the law in many ways including rapture killing and hunting mammals with dogs. They also make sure they evade paying their fair share of tax, that's for the less well off to pay. They are cruel criminals in many ways, hunting and shooting should be banned and shut down completely and the authorities that we pay to enforce the law should do just that.
