Sadly Susie Bowers, I wouldn't be surprised and do unfortunately think that many of the Judges and Magistrates are actually in cahoots with them. If you have ever seen the TV series called "Porridge" done years ago and starting Ronnie Barker, the 3 episodes where the judge who convicted Ronnie Barker then got convicted of fraud himself, says it all about the so called "justice system". Nothing has changed since I'm afraid.
