these people think they are above the law, we must continue to show that they aren't, and they cannot keep flouting it and destroying our countryside and our wildlife. such entitlement makes me sick, they talk about equality, but they don't mean themselves. they think they are above everyone else and the rest of us don't count. thank goodness for the brave sabs and all of those who publicise and highlight the hunts nefarious activities. sadly i am not well enough to join the sabs in the field, but i can support with £s and in any other way i can. thank you sabs!

Just another pathetic example of the hunting fraternity’s complete disregard for the law. And the lack of any punishment when they do. Things have changed very little over the past few hundred years. Barbaric!

The North Dorset Hunts Sabs reported “normal” full on hunting at the BSVs first meet back following suspension, all under the watch of a BHSA supervisor! Apparently terrier men et al in attendance as well - An absolute joke. Well, one thing is for sure, if the BSV are stupid enough to continue hunting so brazenly the wonderful sabs will catch them at it again and bring about their downfall !

The law is an ass 😡 As long as these hunts are not brought to justice, they will continue breaking the law. Shameful.

What a farce!!!!!! Seems the HUNT dictate the law in the UK.

Proves BHSA are complicit in what we already knew about BSV! Hope Channel 4 are gathering evidence for a follow up? Maybe waiting for Police report, although they didn't bother turning up to the chaos on the roads! Lovely pics of Huntswoman being dumped in a gorse hedge by her horse refusing the jump on NDHS facebook!

No surprise, its all total "CORRUPTION" in our "U K" "ANIMAL LOVING COUNTRY", the "COURTS" "JUDGES" "POLICE" "M P s" are "PERVERTED" "SICK in the HEAD" COWARDLY" "CORRUPT" so called "LAW ENFORCEMENT" people, everyone in authority turns a "BLIND EYE", I feel "ASHAMED" to be "BRITISH" in our "LAW ABIDING" "ANIMAL LOVING COUNTRY", can we animal lovers start writing to our " M Ps" pestering them until they are sick of it.

I feel the exact same James Wood. I could try writing to my MP about this but sadly, I don't believe it would be to much avail as he isn't, in my opinion, a very big animal lover as the majority of my emails just get the normal standard response back, nothing more.

The judge is either a member of said hunt attended hunt balls, has friends or influencers that have sway. Judges aren't elected due to their unblemished records, there trustworthy characters, no there selected to protect the rich & to jail those that dare to stand upto these bastards.

I just wonder, if all our "WILD ANIMAL LOVING" comments are only seen by other "WILD ANIMAL LOVING PEOPLE" and not by the "HUNTER/SUPPORTER SCUM", they would not, more than likely, take any notice anyway, but maybe we can try and get to some of them to change there minds, it's worth a try, maybe find any email address on line and send them our comments.

In response to when you said "get to some of them to change there minds", I did find this website a few days ago when I was searching online about something entirely different and the article came up and I read it. It may be of interest for you to read too James Wood: https://metro.co.uk/2021/12/30/i-used-to-go-fox-hunting-now-im-vegan-and-an-anti-hunt-activist-15837651/ I hope the bit about the RSPCA speaker especially helps in some way.

Cara, i read your article that you found. What a lovely young lady to change her life around. To make a stand for animals. Iam so pleased her friends have joined her too. . Just goes to show that we can live in a world without cruelty. I once saw a sheep with its throat slit run out the abattoir. Still very much on its feet a gang of men took chase with rifles. I took chase also. The sheep was shot and i gave the lot of them so much "verbal"....i learned later years one of them left the abattoir and never ate meat again. Because of this woman ,(me) . Sometimes good can come from bad.

I completely agree with you Larraine Cruse. My mother had a friend who once said "it is far better for someone to do that (go from bad to good), rather than the opposite (go from good to bad)" which I think is very true. I am also so sorry for yourself and that poor sheep for what happened and what you witnessed but it is heartening to learn that one of them learnt, left and never ate meat again. Sometimes good can come from bad and people learn from their mistakes. Good on those 2 people and yourself!

Excellent find Cara, thank you. A lot of what this lady says resonates with my life story although I rejected 'countryside views' at a much earlier age (13) when I witnessed a kill by being somewhere I should not have been! It proved to me at that young age, those I loved dearly were either ignorant of facts, uncaring or outright liars! So very hard to stand up to those you love, but I did! Thinking of actually writing a substack now!

You are most welcome, I completely agree with you and good on you. I think a lot of what that lady said resonates at least a little with everyone (although, of course, some more than others) in some way or another although I am so sorry that you had learnt this through witnessing a kill yourself, the same as Larraine Cruse. Best of luck with the substack if you decide to write one!

Thank you Cara. So nice now to be among people who care these days. I gave up on people a long time ago, but was lucky I always had animals. The people I admire are often are those who have been less fortunate in opportunities to be with animals yet still feel passionate love for their welfare. That has to be one of the most unselfish conditions a human can have; I always had the joy of love returned. IF and when I write it would be to particularly share my animals with those who cannot have any as well as those who have.

A very predictable outcome after their “investigation”. This ridiculous governing body needs disbanding and stopped from marking its own homework.

Oh God , I'm starting to despair of this corrupt judiciary and police force ever getting it right . NO ONE should believe themselves above the law !

The Sabs do all the work, getting all this evidence and they get a little ban like this. It was a disgrace !

Tally ho ! Off to kill again. Perhahs get them for dog fowling. Cant tell me they jump off the horse with a little black bag. DO THE CRIME, YOU DO THE TIME !!!

Thank you so much for all the work contributing to revealing all the disgraceful cruel practices pursued by these hunt people . The Law is failing, change must come. 🙏

Words fail me, thank goodness the Fox hunting season will be over soon, Wonder what they will hunt then all the rest of wildlife I assume, We have bred a very sick society and it seems to be getting sicker

They'll probably turn to dog fighting and badger baiting 😞
