It's a shame these people are so numb they need to see such cruelty and violence to an innocent animal to get their kicks. I expect they consider themselves 'real' people but they are in fact far removed from their actual biological expression in their complete lack of empathy for another being. May God have mercy on their souls, because I can't see how they can believe they are worthy of heaven.

Id like to have seen the cattle trample the "men" to death. That would have been entertaining.

What is the Police response to cubbing? There are officers on duty, usually not too busy at that time of day, never hear a mention of them being called to cubbing. Perhaps they need an early morning alarm call before going off duty to breakfast! Certainly need a wake up call to it! No hounds should be being 'trained' towards foxes or fox scent even! Furthermore, it proves there is INTENT to use hounds to kill foxes in the future, why else would they be 'training' the hounds this way? Poor little cubs, it is heart-breaking. Hounds being 'trained' now also have no future as the ban will come, what then for their lives?

"HUNTERS" and there "BLOODSPORT" are "FUCKING SICK PERVERTS " who should be "PUT DOWN" by the "STATE", but it's the "STATE" that is "CORRUPT", they look after there "DISGUSTING" "MENTALLY ILL" "DERANGED" "ROTTEN" "DEPRAVED" "SAD" "BLOODSPORT" "WICKED" "SCUM" "HOO RAH FUCKING HENRYS", they are spoilt brats, lets get writing to all "MPs" until they get sick of us, I have already started,

THE SOONER THIS CRUEL SPORT IS BANNED THE BETTER. WHAT RIGHT DO THE HUNTS HAVE TO KILL A INNOCENT ANIMAL.

THE PROBLEM WE HAVE IS THAT THE LAW CANNOT CONTROL THESE CRIMINAL EVENTS, AND THE PRISONS ARE OVER CROWDED, SO ANYONE WHO IS CAUGHT, GETS A SLAP ON THE WRIST. HAVE PEOPLE CONTACTED THERE LOCAL MP AND COUNCILLORS AND GET THEM TO DO SOMETHING IN THEIR AREAS?

I am not here to pick arguments anyway.

Or offend anyone.

Maybe if everyone was prepared to be vegan vegetarian then farmers would not have such a problem with the foxes going after the animals.

Having said that if the hunt was never blocked in the first place and it was still under control there would not be so many cubs.

The laws around this were in place for a reason and by arguing against the fox hunt even more of a blood situation has arisen.

The 🦊 hunt had been in place for a thousand years. There are pubs about called the horse and hounds for an example that were 300 years old when the fox hunt was stopped

Please educate yourself. The first recorded attempt to hunt a fox with hounds in the UK was in 1534, hardly a thousand years ago.

What do you mean by "If it was still under control, there would not be so many cubs"?

A fox is an apex predator, whose population is regulated by the availability of resources, ie food, territory and mates.

I am not in favour of the cubs being ripped away.

That was what I meant.

I take it you are vegan vegetarian?

Too true Claire. Would never eat meat poultry or fish. Ever since i saw a sheep running from a slaughter house with its throat cut in agony. That was about 45 years ago. The ones that kill/ hunt wildlife have nothing to do with being vegan /vegetarian. They are just blood thirty cruel and evil. When they have finished with their dogs/horses they get the bullet.

Unless I am wrong I think you might find some of these people are farmers and landowners.

It might be possible they have seen there sheep and chickens hurt by a 🦊.

They have to eat too. Farmers go out and shoot rabbits/pheasants .What threat are they to their sheep and chicken, if you could please enlighten me as you are a specialist on this subject.

Fox proofing chicken runs isn't rocket science, there's plenty of good advice on the internet on foolproof ways to do this. Most chickens are also intensively reared in the UK.

There is scientific literature, that is not too difficult to find, regarding fox predation on lambs. All subjective research, show that fox predation accounts for a very small percent of lamb mortality, contrary to farmer perceptions of causes of lamb mortality.

Don't you think of 1534 as a part of our culture.

Do you have any respect?

Expand full comment

I have respect for those that earn it NOT by throwing innocent cubs to a pack of baying hounds and yep im vegatarian 👍

So was shoving kids up chimneys, dog fighting, cock fighting and slavery. Do you agree with these activities too. Burning witches was also common practice in the 1500s. I do have respect, but not for outdated barbaric practices such as hunting.
