This is fantastic. At last! Common sense being applied and true scientific facts out there, ie badger culling has no effect on TB in cows and in fact farmers need to improve their practices and hygiene methods. This truth will take some time to filter down into mainstream thinking, but at least the myth that badgers spread TB is now disproved.
Sadly, this won’t bring back the innocent badges culled so cruelly and pointlessly by ignorant sadists. But it will prevent further insane and unnecessary culling.
Thank you so much for the good news. It is so needed for others to know where and why donations are needed. I'm sure many don't know there are on going legal fee's that need to be covered. We have a Wolf Cull that exists in British Columbia Canada, where they are being blamed for the decline in Caribou (why are they killing one species to apparently save another) where it is logging (loss of habitat), some recreation and highways are the cause. They are shot from helicopters with millions of British Columbian tax dollars. I could go on and on, but if you want to know more, go to Pacific Wild. Thank you PROTECT THE WILD.
It's so sad but trying to see after all the abused and neglected animals of the world is like stringing beads without first tying a knot on the end of your cord....just almost impossible. I honor and salute all those who give so much of their time and lives in trying to save these animals and give them a new life....YOU are a true hero for the voiceless animals. MANY MANY THANKS!!! I wish we could multiply all of you ten thousandfold.
I just hope the same thing happens in England, I think culling of any animal is abhorrent and shouldn’t happen anywhere, live and let live, goes for animals too.
Well done to all 👍👍lets hope this has a knock on effect, these loveable brocks need to be left alone and not be harrased by morons who are under the misguided ideas that they cause TB to cattle this was put about by dairy farmers who put profit over compassion and god help anyine or anything getting between them and there bank balance. Lets hope the tides turning on these yobs now and our beautiful badgers are left to live in peace
It's great news, however, it was quashed because it's unlawful, not because they are listening to scientific evidence or blaming the farmers as the real culprit in the spread of TB. Unfortunately, they will no doubt try again, but follow the correct legal process. If you haven't heard of them, check out Wild Justice. They are the ones challenging environmental and wildlife injustices via the legal route and they helped to get this quashed.
This news is simply fantastic 🙌💖 let us hope this will have a knock effect in this country 🙏🥰 thanks for your update...I'm both crying and cheering 💃🌟🤗
First, DEFRA SUCKS - hard. Second, how is it that N Ireland can say this is unlawful and England can't? I'd say that NI is more civilised than us except I continually get emails about horrible people there hunting hares with dogs - or is that the Irish Republic? Sometimes it's hard to know how most of us get through life without wanting to hunt and kill wildlife and exploit other animals such as greyhounds. Maybe there are two distinct tribes: ordinary sane people and psychosadists.

Some good news, at last....
So well done guys.
It seems the Government in Ireland may not be controlled by vested interests. I hope it stays that way, pity England cannot follow suit.

Great news! Let's hope England will be next.
