Every time I read articles like this I get a happy glow! Thank heavens for PTW for giving us the opportunity to keep the amazing sabs going. I follow the actions everywhere I can and so wish to be involved with ridding the world of the evil hunts. Knowing there is someone out there doing the defending I cant do, means everything. Thank you to all groups, whatever you call yourselves for being 'me' out there.
Well said Rosemary. I also give to my local HSA sab group directly as I know how hard they work to save lives and the abuse they get from hunt members and support. No justice, just us 💪
Me too. I feel a little warm glow that these wonderful sabs are able to continue to save wildlife thanks to everyones donations and be in the thick of it on our behalf.
Although it is a little too early to celebrate this just yet, I have just found out some more positive and hopeful news that I think you will also like to hear Helen, here: https://bills.parliament.uk/bills/3789
I really hope this passes and that it also includes the abhorrently barbaric and completely uneccessary bear fur that is currently being used for the "king's" guards caps 🤞! I do also know that the MP Ruth Jones is also working with the charity Animal Free Research UK to bring in Herbie's Law (that I also really hope passes ASAP) too🤞: https://www.animalfreeresearchuk.org/early-day-motion-2024/
Thank you for this, Cara.♥️ It really gives me hope that these issues are being debated in parliament. Like you said, it’s early days, but it’s still positive news.
I’m disgusted the Royal Family still use bear fur for the king’s guards. It’s barbaric that a magnificent creature like the bear is killed for such an unnecessary and shameful reason. Why can’t Charles just stop this horrific tradition and use faux fur? Why does it even need to be debated in parliament? He could just stop it! There is no excuse to justify using real fur.
The fact that there is still animal testing in this day and age is shocking and heartbreaking, especially when there are far more effective, efficient and reliable methods of testing available that do not involve animals at all. Herbie’s Law cannot be passed quickly enough. The thought of those millions of animals tortured in labs breaks my heart, as I’m sure it does for you too. So grateful to Ruth Jones trying to get this law passed. It’s of the utmost importance.
Thanks again, Cara, for letting us know about this. 🙏🏻♥️
You are most welcome Helen, I am glad I could help spread awareness of this 👍❤️💖!! I am trying not to get my hopes up too much (as I remember how the hunting trophies import prohibition bill went) but, as you rightly said, it is still positive news at last that is going in the right direction nevertheless!! I wholeheartedly agree 100% with everything you said Helen ❤️💖! I simply cannot understand either as to why both barbaric bear fur is still being used for the caps (even despite that PETA & ECOPEL have created faux fur hats that last a lot longer and look, feel and act EXACTLY the same but without the abhorrent and uneccessary cruelty involved and, also considering here how the current caps cost literally thousands of pounds of taxpayer money (there was even this article here done about the current cost of the caps a short while ago: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4gly3l8y45o) yet ALL the faux fur hats created by PETA & ECOPEL have been offered for FREE of taxpayer charge until 2030!!) and how aghastly animal testing is still happening (even though it is a well known fact that over 90% of drugs used on animals fail miserably in humans because we are so biologically different and not to mention, as you rightly said Helen, that we have more effective, efficient, reliable and superior (not to mention even faster and cheaper) alternative methods now that don't need to involve animals at all!! It makes NO sense as to how phasing this all out (in my opinion, I wished all of it had never happened in the first place) isn't happening faster, considering all of the above. There are very sadly so, so many abhorrent cruelties to animals but "animal experiments" (aka torture), hunting, shooting and "culling" (I tend to put those 3 into 1 category as they all involve murdering wildlife) and fur are all areas I feel so very strongly about. I sadly often suffer very badly with my periods but will not take any tablets to help because I feel so strongly against animal experiments. I sincerely hope that I will live to see the proper end to all animal experiments, hunting, shooting and "culling" (and also snares) and fur use everywhere. (I would go further into wanting to see other things end everywhere such as leather, the killing/murdering of animals for "food", sick bullfighting etc but then I would probably be on here for hours!! My apologies on the length of this comment already! Ultimately, I would just love to see the end of sadistically torturing and killing animals for good.) Bless you always Helen and good on yourself and the MP Ruth Jones 🫂❤️💖!!
We owe all the wonderful SABS all over the Country a great debt of thanks nd donations however small. They do a wonderful job on behalf of all animal lovers in the face of assault & abuse etc from the animal haters who murder our beautiful wildlife for fun. I now read that Princess Catherine who we all thought better of is going to take her eldest son hunting to blood him! I am appalled! I thought she was more intelligent. It could scar his mind for life hearing the animal's screams!
I completely agree with you Susie Bowers about the sabs. They are amazing lifesavers ✊❤️💖💖. Although, I am afraid that that doesn't surprise me about that "catherine" at all. I personally despise EVERY "member" of the so called "royal family" as they are ultimately ALL the same, as this proves. I just sincerely hope that ALL the animals in the area hide well and stay as far away as possible from "them" 😿💔🤬🤬🤬!!
…and likely distort his young, impressionable mind, making him believe that barbaric abuse and hunting of animals and wildlife is acceptable and fun. Where is her compassion as a mother and woman to shield her son from this cruelty? What kind of man is he going to grow up to be? Hasn’t there been enough trauma within the Royal Family? Have they learned nothing? She only needs to look at her father in law and husband to see first hand the kind of men who are brought up around animal murder and hunting. While the majority of British society are disgusted with outdated practices such as culling wildlife, and calling out for a proper hunting ban, this has potential to really backfire on the Royal Family.
Fantastic work Sabs, Protect the Wild and to everyone here who is helping to make this possible 👍❤️💖💖!! Please keep up the great work you are doing 👏✊!! And of course, it makes perfect sense that the dogs love the sabs, as all animals can instinctly tell who is good and who is evil! Animals are brilliant judges of morality and character! Although a bit too early to celebrate yet and not about sadistic hunting, shooting or "culling", 2 more pieces of good news: 1. https://bills.parliament.uk/bills/3789
THE SABS ARE OUR BRAVE HEROS. THANK YOU FOR ALL WHAT YOU DO TO SAVE OUR WILDLIFE . .THE HUNTS ARE COWARDS KILLING OUR WONDERFUL WILDLIFE FOR THEIR BLOODLUST.

I could not agree more. I really appreciate these updates and love knowing that contributions are really making a difference!
Well said, Rosemary. I wish I could join those brave sabs out there too. They are remarkable, and I am so grateful to them all too.
I completely agree with you Rosemary 100% 👍👏✊❤️💖!!

Great article, Charlie. Needed to hear some positive and hopeful news today. 🦊🐇🦡
A huge, giant ✨THANK YOU ✨to everyone involved who has made this happen.
Rob and everyone involved with PTW are incredible. 👏👏👏👏👏
And for all the sabs, thank you for your bravery and compassion. 💪🏻🫶 Please take care of yourselves and stay safe.
